BUT it's not healthy. In order to make your waist smaller, it pushes your internal organs down, similar to what happens during pregnancy. It's certainly not making you thinner or healthier, and rearranging your body probably isn't good for it. Plus there's a good chance that your back and core muscles will atrophy if they're supported all the time.
